How the house works
One trip, two fully usable sides.
Sunset and Sunrise are mirror images of each other. Each has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, its own kitchen, its own living room, its own laundry, and its own entrance. Book one and you have a complete 3-bedroom home. Book both and you have a 6-bedroom house without any of the usual compromises.
Everything outside is shared: the heated pool, the grill, the yard, and the walk to Beach Access #16. When both sides are booked together, all of it belongs to your group.

Dakota Ave is a residential street mid-island, which means you get the quiet version of Fort Myers Beach and still walk to the Gulf in about two minutes. Beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon, then dinner at Times Square, Santini Plaza, or one of the smaller spots in between.

Perfect for our families. My sister and I decided to rent the whole house. My family was on the one side and her family on the other. It worked out great, as we were together but also had enough space on our own. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and had the best time relaxing by the heated pool. The location is great.
